Shipping Coverage Area

We currently ship to the Continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We then contact our domestic supplier to confirm inventory and readiness to ship.
If an item is unavailable, on backorder, or requires a longer lead time, we’ll email you with updated options and timelines. If you choose not to proceed, the pre-authorization will be voided.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and scheduled to ship within 2-3 business days. Processing includes inventory confirmation, verifying your shipping details, and coordinating freight pickup. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipment Notification & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email. Freight shipments may include tracking details and/or the carrier’s contact information. For large items, the carrier will typically reach out directly to schedule delivery once your shipment is in transit.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by region. Total delivery time (Handling + Transit) typically ranges from 5–19 business days.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (PST)
  • Order Handling Time: 2–3 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 3–16 Business Days (Mon–Fri)

Regional Transit Estimates:

  • West Coast: 3–5 business days
  • Midwest: 10–12 business days
  • East Coast: 14–16 business days

These are averages, not guarantees—freight timelines can shift due to routing and terminal schedules.

Shipping Carriers

We ship large items via freight carriers (LTL). This is the safest and most reliable method for high-ticket, oversized products.

Shipping Method

All freight shipments are curbside delivery. This means the carrier delivers to the curb or end of driveway. We do not offer white-glove delivery (inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, or packaging removal). You may want a second person available to help move the product into your home.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Curbside Shipping on all orders delivered within the Continental United States. There are no hidden freight surcharges or handling fees at checkout.

Delays & Exceptions

Freight deliveries can be impacted by weather, regional carrier capacity, remote locations, holidays, or appointment availability. If we become aware of a delay, we will proactively notify you with the most accurate update we can provide. For custom or backordered items, we will contact you with revised timelines before shipment.
